Chris manages field activities involving the deployment of environmental instrumentation along the Texas Gulf Coast including high frequency radar for surface current mapping, off-shore data collection platforms, and research vessel operations. His research interests include aquatic toxicity related to oil-spill and oil-spill chemical countermeasures and use of acoustic backscatter to measure aquatic suspended sediment loads.
